This recipe is best suited for fillets of a small halibut. Other flatfish, such as plaice or sole, can also be used.
7-800 g halibut fillets
1 lemon
salt and pepper
2 leeks
200 g mushrooms
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
200 ml cream
50 g cream cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
3-4 tbsp chopped parsley
